1- When you contact us via TikTok or Instagram, you will be contacted via our official email, and the file will be sent to you via a secure link in the email.
2-When you purchase the file from my store on Envato or ThemeForest, you will automatically receive it without any further interaction via email.
We only use these two methods; we have no connection to any others.
4-What format is the file being sent?
1- It should be a MediaFire file only.
2- The file link is temporary, meaning it will expire quickly.
