Yousef Yu announced the removal of barcodes from all new free PSD files, in order to enhance protection and security and avoid the spread of any viruses or malicious vulnerabilities in any file.
This news comes after a study by cybersecurity experts in a discussion to enhance security.
What will happen?
- All free PSD files whose articles were published on or before December 22, 2025 will remain as is; nothing will be modified or changed in them.
- New PSD files, whether free or paid, will be image-free, contain barcodes, and consist entirely of clear text for the user and Redmi file.
What should you do if you encounter a new file of articles published after December 22, 2025 that contains images with barcodes?
1- Be careful not to scan the barcode, and make sure of the link it directs you to. If the link seems suspicious, avoid scanning it altogether, as it could be malicious.
2- If an image or design containing a barcode includes the website name, please report it by contacting us here.
3-Remember to always check the source and don't listen to any rumors. In the event of any harm resulting from barcode forgery, we bear no responsibility. As long as you use our files, you fully agree to our policy.
Very important note
All the barcodes we produce will direct you to a website, whether it's ours or any social media site. We do not use barcodes to collect data, not even bank card information or anything of that nature. So be careful and stay updated.
